SURF CITY FISHING

The Double Play, based in Surf City in North Carolina is equipped with a full kitchen, head with a shower, birth for resting, and the best electronics available. We will provide ALL of the rods, bait, and tackle necessary for a successful trip. You may bring along your own rod if you wish.

Captained by one of the most experience skippers on the Carolina coast you can look forward to a day of fun on a fast boat. Large Blue Fin Tuna is the best fishing currently off the coast of the Carolina coast. We have the equipment to find them, the boat to chase them and the equipment to catch them. I have over twenty years experience on the water both inshore and offshore. My mates are highly trained in all aspects of fishing and customer service. We work hard as a team to make sure you have a great time. It is customary to tip the mate 20%.


Safety is of the utmost importance to us and should be to you as well. Our crew will cover all of the safety procedures prior to boarding. We reserve to right to cancel or reschedule a trip due equipment failure or rough weather. We want to ensure your experience on the Double Play is memorable and that you will join us on a future voyage
